Savannah Rose AFH is a colorful, energetic, multi-cultural home. We are located just one block from St. Joseph’s hospital. Our home is licensed for six residents. We cater to developmentally disabled young adults. Our residents enjoy an active lifestyle which includes frequent outings. At Savannah we provide a safe and secure environment in which residents can truly feel like they are home. Come and experience the hospitality. A happy home makes a happy heart.
