Over the past 3 yrs we have entered Whatcom in Bloom and our gardens have been recognized as the Most Floriforous, Best Collectors Garden and Environmentally Sound; to mention only a few awards.
Cedar Rose Circle is a multi-cultural home licensed for six residents and is truly a home to those who reside here.
We provide individual support with daily tasks and needs and look forward to assisting you with the needs of your family members.
